Download Info
You can download either PDF or fronimo files. If, next to Acquire, you click on PDF, then Download,, the file will be downloaded to your downloads folder, or wherever you decide it should go.
On some browsers you may just get the PDF being displayed and you will have to do an additional step to download it. In the upper right hand corner of the PDF display, you will see 3 symbols, an arrow with a bracket under it, a symbol of a printer, and 3 vertical dots. If you click on the arrow with the bracket under it, you will be prompted for a location to download the PDF file to. Hit Save, and it will be downloaded. Go to your browser tab and hit x to exit the PDF display. Of course you can also do this step from the initial PDF display.
For a fronimo file, hitting Download simply brings you to the download dialog prompt directly.
If you are planning to download more than a few files, you might consider signing up onto this website if you have not done so already. Once logged in, you can directly send items to your “download cart”, which appears as an icon on the top left of your page, showing the number of items you have in the cart. These can be downloaded all at once as a zip file at your convenience. They will remain there until downloaded, even if you log out meanwhile.
Being logged in also makes it very easy to add comments or corrections to any part of the website. Just click on the “comment” icon, which will appear as a blue square in the lower right hand corner of each page, once you have logged in. As a logged-in user, you can also specify the instruments you have access to. Then you can optionally filter your searches so that they will only find pieces you can play with your existing instruments.
