I have edited another 48 of the pieces in the Thysius Lute Book. That brings the total up to 201. They are all passamezzos and galliards in the passamezzo antico and passanezzo moderno patterns. The latter are the ones called Passamezzo (and Galliard) Haubois. All are apparently meant to be quartet parts, but all are quite nice as solo pieces. #180 of these pieces is meant to be a quartet on the Passamezzo Haubois, #182 is meant to be a quartet on the Galliard to the Passamezzo Haubois. Right now, these 2 quartets are incomplete, as I have not yet figured out which parts of the many possibilities should be included in what will be merely sample quartets. There are a huge number of possibilities, considering all the possible combinations.
