I just completed the first 57 pieces from Johann D. Mylius Thesaurus Gratiarum (1622).
These include 21 preludes, 12 toccatas, 10 fantasias, and 14 pavanes.
These pieces are written for 6-, 7-, 8- and 9-course lutes. The music is consistently of the highest quality.
There are five pieces attributed to Dowland, including two that I was not able to find elsewhere. Other excellent pieces are by Montbuissant, Bacheler, Ferrabosco, Rossiter, and others.
The quality of the other unattributed pieces is also extremely high. I wish I could find out who wrote them. Perhaps most of them were written by Mylius himself. If so, he should surely be considered a top notch composer.
